Jaime is a feminist PhD researcher in Law and Legal Studies at Carleton University. She received her Masters degree in Criminology with a specialization in Feminist and Gender Studies from the University of Ottawa. She also holds a Joint Honours Bachelor of Social Science in Criminology and Feminist and Gender studies. Her general research interests include incarceration, prison abolition, families, and affect theory.
