MOMS

Mothers Offering Mutual Support

MOMS is an organization that provides support to female family members of incarcerated people. MOMS works with family members and has long been fighting for better conditions and improved transparency in Canadian carceral institutions. Their lived experience gives MOMS a unique voice and their approach to advocacy has been collaborative vs. combative, engendering respect for the organization in many of their partner organizations, CSC, OCDC and government.
